"Billing timing messed up my plans"
I really wish the billing had been clearer. I was charged earlier than I expected, and it ended up throwing off the plans I had for the week. Not a huge disaster, but definitely frustrating when you’re budgeting around certain dates.

"So hard to cancel"
So, trying to cancel my subscription was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I kept getting charged, and the account pages were confusing to navigate. Definitely won’t be using them again.

The box showed up a little dented, which made me nervous at first, but thankfully nothing leaked or got damaged. It was okay overall, but I do think it could be packed more securely. I was relieved everything inside was fine, but i wish the delivery experience had been a little less stressful.

I’ve been waiting for days to hear back from them, and it’s frustrating. They had no problem taking my money right away, but now that I need help, support has gone completely quiet. I’ve dealt with slow customer service before, but usually someone at least acknowledges the message...

I gave The Beard Club stuff a try for a few weeks and, i wasn’t into it. I thought it would make my beard feel softer, but it ended up feeling dry and kind of rough. And my skin underneath, actually, the skin under my beard got itchy and felt a little tight too. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it just made everything feel worse.

My delivery didn’t show up on time again, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking the confirmation email and receipt to make sure I had the right date, but there just wasn’t much info to go on

"Didn't really work for me"
I gave The Beard Club products a try, and for my skin and beard type, I wasn't too impressed. The ingredient list just felt a little underwhelming to me, like there were more basic fillers than the nicer oils I was expecting. After using it for a bit, my skin actually felt drier, which is the opposite of what I wanted. Maybe it works better for someone with less sensitive skin or a different beard texture, but for the price, I expected more. I probably wouldn't buy it again...

"Kind of frustrating to use"
I had a hard time using the site, honestly. I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed, and everything felt a little cluttered, like I was missing something or...
The checkout part didn’t help either. I had to go back a couple times because I wasn’t sure what I’d clicked or where I was supposed to go next. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but I got annoyed quickly.

"Started Noticing the Quality Issues Fast"
I wanted to give this a fair shot, but after using it for a little while, I started seeing the same pattern of little things loosening up and wearing out. Then it basically fell apart way sooner than I expected. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it.
